March 2021 Virtual Post Small Business Market Research Fair

EVENT SUMMARY

The Virtual SBMRF will feature program briefs/updates from the HQ Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast (NACFAC SE) and HQ U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (HQ USACE) and multiple USACE Districts. Two industry-government engagement panel discussions are also being planned:

• Air Force Fuels Program and 772 ESS Fuels Acquisition
• Industry Resources for Recruiting Veterans

Our Post understands the value of 1-on-1 engagements between Government and Industry and we are also exploring options to host 1-on-1 sessions for SBMRF on the morning of Wednesday, March 3. We will keep you updated on whether we will be able to effectively conduct these 1-on-1 sessions.

RESERVATIONS

1. Individual reservations for the SBMRF are $25. We will be using the GoTo Webinar platform for the SBMRF.
2. There is a special free government employee registration.
3. There are also sponsorships available which include reservations for the SBMRF - see below for info.
4. The DEADLINE for individual reservations is Monday, March 1, 10 am (CT).
5. You will be emailed your unique individual link for the SBMRF event before the meeting.

SPONSORSHIPS

1. There are two (2) types of sponsorships availble for the SBMRF:

SBMRF Sponsorship which is $300 and includes:

• two (2) registrations for the event.
• display of the company/ageny logo between sessions.

(SOLD OUT) VIP Sponsorship (ony 5 available) which is $750 and includes:

• four (4) registrations for the event.
• display of a large company/ageny logo between sessions.
• display of a 3-minute pre-recorded commercial/presentation during the SBMRF.

2. The DEADLINE for sponsorship reservations is Friday, February 26, 12 noon (CT).

3. Sponsors should send logos and pre-recorded videos (for VIP Sponsors) to michele@hfscompany.com.

IMPORTANCE OF CORRECT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please note it is very important that when making individual registrations or identfying individual attendees associated with a sponsorhsip that you enter the correct contact information (particularly the email address).

The email address entered is where the unique link will be sent to connect to the virtual SBMRF.

OTHER INFO

1. There is Professional Development Hour (PDH) credit available for those participating in the event, but you MUST BE REGISTERED for the meeting for PDH credit. Certificates will be emailed to registered attendees.
2. We will post the speakers' presentations (if the speaker give us permission) at our website following the meeting.
